Service Department
Comtel provides customers with quality emergency demand service. The service is provided by technicians who are not involved in installation. This guarantees customers true repair and troubleshooting skills when a technician arrives to repair or maintain your system.
Each field technician has a van outfitted with an inventory of replacement parts. They are on call 24 hours a day via a telephone paging system that the customer can activate with a simple telephone call.
Our service company offers full maintenance contracts or will provide service and repair on an hourly or demand basis.
Engineering and Design Services
Staff engineers prepare system designs, review designs prepared by electrical consultants and work with customers to solve application problems through the proper selection of equipment.
Installation
Comtel employs its own electronic technicians who attend manufacturer training schools to learn the proper technique for correct installation.
We furnish full installation capabilities including AC power, conduit and raceways, low voltage cabling networks, and audio/video coax and fiber optics.
We are signatory to an IBEW agreement with Santa Clara County Local 332 .
Training
Comtel has a dedicated training department, committed to ensuring our customers understand and utilize their systems to the fullest extent.
